EMPLOYEE SMOKING, TOBACCO, AND MARIJUANA USE

All property of the Lafayette Parish School Board shall be a smoke-free/tobacco-free/marijuana-free environment. Refer to policy EB, Building and Grounds Management, for further provisions applicable to use on and in School Board property and vehicles, and during school-sponsored or school-approved functions. Violations of this policy may subject an employee to disciplinary action, and an employee may be referred to a tobacco-cessation counseling service.
